easo91's Life List:
Drive Route 66- It's the classic adventure vacation. Hop in a car and drive. I've always just kind of wanted to meander down it, meet locals along the way, see all of the random tourist traps, and natural sites along the way. It really is my dream trip.
Bike ride the berkshires-I'm going to be ambitious here. In a year's time, I want to be in shape enough so that I can ride a bike through the Berkshires.

I joined TOOLS because:
What can I say? I'm stuck in a rut. I've been just kind of doing everything that seemed to be in the logical path. Do well in high school to get into college. Do well in college to find a job. Now I'm a junior in college who's been keeping his head down just trying to get through classes, and I have spent no time thinking about what I want to do when I'm out of here, and it's freaking me out that I don't have any sort of direction. The stress is starting to impact school work.
You are offered your dream job. What job is it?:
Traveling to different parts of the world, working on engineering projects that actually have an impact on the communities they are built in. Maybe working on projects that make the 3rd world countries more independent(I.E. require less outside aid for food, water, basic needs)
My favorite wild animal is:
Why (describe as much as possible):
I was always sympathetic to the Coyote as a kid watching old road runner cartoons, and since then have always thought they were cool animals.
My favorite domestic animal is (if you choose dog be specific with breed etc):
 Golden Retriever
They're just constantly happy. Even when they're scolded, there's this look in their eye that they care that they've upset you. My aunt who lives next door has a retriever, and she follows me around and obeys me more than she does my aunt. I've actually trained her to take a golf ball, drop it at my feet, wait for me to chip it across the yard, fetch it, and drop it back at my feet. I've always had really good luck with dogs.
A famous Chef will prepare anything you want. What do you order:
Prime Rib, Mashed Potatoes and Gravy, and Corn on the Cob.
Corn on the cob is the best summer food in existence, and is quite frankly, a good addition to any dinner. Prime Rib when done properly, doesn't ever need a sauce or spice to go with it. It almost melts in your mouth, and you can simply enjoy the natural flavors. Mashed potatoes are simply delicious.
Five people either dead or alive you would have at your fantasy dinner party::
Stephen Colbert Kurt Vonnegut My Grandfather Neil Degrasse Tyson Trey Anastasio
Colbert- I'm constantly impressed by just how far Colbert is willing to push his character into the real world. He's uses humor to shine a light on all of the utter nonsense that happens in the political world, and can rally people to real world causes. One of my favorite quotes from vonnegut is paraphrased as follows: It seems that people are too eager to point out when everything is bad, but so are so reluctant to point out when they are actually enjoying themselves. From now on, when you are particularly happy, or enjoying the company of who you are with, make a habit of saying out loud "if this isn't nice, I don't know what is." That outlook is something that I lose very easily, and I would love to hear how Vonnegut maintained it with his history. My Grandfather- I've been told my personality is just like him. He died when I was 5. Apparently he was a business genius. A self-starter, he built a successful farm himself, and gained a lot of friends in pretty much every industry imaginable. Neil Degrasse Tyson - Very much Bill Nye for adults. He takes really complex scientific ideas and tries to put them in a language non-Graduate level physicists can understand, and tries to get people interested and excited in the sciences again. I'd like to see if he has any ideas for how to get the general public(and politicians in particular) to trust scientists and engineers again. I think that with the current level of technology we have, a lot of the world's problems could be solved, but there isn't enough public support. Trey Anastasio- I have a huge respect for him as a musician, and really would want to hear about his time following the breakup of Phish and his rehabilitation. Now the he's clean, he seem to be dabbling in everything, solo efforts, Phish reunited, writing a musical and I bet he has a unique perspective about making career decisions.
If a pilot would fly you anywhere you want, you would go to:
In a helicoptor, to the top of a pristine mountain somewhere in the Rockies to jump out and ski down. I have the skill required, now all I need to do is rebuild the stamina, and I'm there.
My perfect slice of pizza is:
Buffalo Chicken pizza. It's a pretty standard slice, but I love the spiciness of buffalo mixed with cheese.
You are at a bar. You order this drink:
 A Captain and Coke.
You are at a coffee shop. What coffee or tea do you order:
An Iced Coffee with a tiny bit of milk. Regular coffee is too bitter. I can appreciate the taste of iced coffee without having to drown it in cream and sugar to cover the bitter after taste.
If a genie could grant you three wishes they would be (separate by commas):
The ability to teleport, feeling completely rested after any brief amount of sleep, knowledge of every language.
You are going on a long road trip and you can only bring three CD's. Which ones do you bring (separate by commas):
 Junta-Phish, Demon Days-Gorillaz, Lost and Gone Forever-Guster
If I could do anything for my neighborhood today, it would be:
Add a side walk. My street is incredibly dangerous to walk on, since people drive on it like it's the nurburgring. I'm surprised no one has been hit walking on it yet.
A sunset I remember:
My first Relay for Life, Watching the sunset walking around the track with a group of friends, and then watching the sunrise 12 hours later from the same spot.
Any character I could be from a movie, TV show or book would be:
 The Doctor(From Doctor Who)
Not because I want to be the smartest being in the universe, no I just love the idea of hopping into a box, picking a destination at random and going off on adventures. Meeting strangers, seeing new sites, who wouldn't want all of time and space to see at their fingertips?
