Ok?

This will be my first blog.  I just wanted to break the ice on my first day and get this one out of the way.  I have joined this site not really for a specific reason other than just trying to better myself in general.  I ran 5 miles today which is really not that bad.  That puts me somewhere near 20 miles for the week.  Running is the best out that there is.  I love it to death.  You really don't think about anything else when you are running.  When I go I try do get in at least 3 miles.  The most I have ever done was 6.5.  Not bad since last summer when I first started I could not stand to go a mile.  Since last summer I have lost 80 lbs and cut my 3 mile time from 38 minutes down to 25.  Now I weigh in at 160 lbs and can't get enough running.  I guess it really helps to see the progress that you have made and keeps you wanting to go harder.
