First Week Mall Walking

 

I did it! I walked the mall three times this week. I felt so good afterwards. And it was nice walking with the mall music...lots of oldies.

 

It really was about just making a decision and then doing it. I also think that it was important for me to get up and get ready for the day: dressed, hair , and makeup, first thing. With me not going to work, it was easy for me to lounge around and do nothing all morning. So, I have inserted "Get dressed" into my list for the day. At 8:00, I have been dressed and ready for whatever the day may bring. Smile Feels good.
