Faith

Today's lesson on faith really struck a chord with me because of something that happened while I was working.  When we're on calls, we're required to be in the agent chat room, as well as logged into AIM so we can ask questions of the Agent Support person when needed.  Well, one lady came into the chat room and posted a very long post about how she was resigning from Babytobee because she was on probation any way, and didn't want to have to "browbeat" people into taking a program that they don't want/can't afford, etc ... that her health was at stake, etc...  All I could when I read that is "Well, if you're going to have an attitude like that, then you're better off resigning."  But after going through the material in today's lesson,  I realize that what it amounted to is, she no longer had any faith in her abilities, and in the things she'd been taught throughout the months she'd been with Babytobee.  Personally, I've been with the company for 9 months now, and my stats have been up and down, but despite that I'm still there.  And I'm thankful for the job and the people that I've met.  But the difference is, I do have faith in my abilities, and in my training.  I never realized how important it is to have faith in yourself, and in your abilities . . . until today.
