day 15 quitting smoking day 5 of tools

I cant believe how good i feel from quitting smoking, Ive reinvested all the money ive saved from quitting into supplements and work out equipment. i don't know if its the quitting smoking or the supplements, probably both but now im able to tattoo all day, with no hand pain! whcih means more money and better career satisfaction! Ive also noticed through doing this program that ive become alot more positive and the more positive i become the more im finding my girlfriend to be negative, i want to give her this program but i dont like sharing my secrets for the way i am, i dunno why, i would just feel lame telling people about this course, maybe ill get over it one day. Btw after 4 days of not doing this program i almost had a smoke yesterday i was soo close but then i thought nahh ill just do tools tommorow and ill feel better about not smoking and sure enough i do!

Change is Always Hard

Congrats on the smoking. I have a buddy who also decided to quit and he had a rough go at first. Eventually it got easier and now he is smoke free. His motivation was that his mom is dying of lung cancer, also due to smoking heavily. I guess for him, it was a hard life lesson to learn from.

As for the girlfriend part, I refuse to tell anyone about Tools either until I graduate. I know for a fact that no matter how anonymous you think you are, you can still be figured out by the people who know you best. I air a lot of personal issues on here from time to time, things I would never tell anyone that knew me (for fear of permanent embarrassment). So don't feel selfish for not wanting her there. However, the more you work with the program the more you'll notice how much many other people you know could really stand to use Tools as well.

Stick with it!

Ref Smoking....

Congrats on your progress!  Its hard, I know.  Im at approx day 260 today!!!  Maybe it is time to say I have only 105 more days to go to reach the 1 year mark!!!!  LOL .......

Good job on the quitting!!!  Keep it up!!!

Way to go! Way to go!

congrats!

You can do it, keep going! You can do it, keep going!
