Sitting In Silence Challenge

Day three and I'm feeling really positive about this whole experience.

Today the challenge that I joined begins. It is to sit in silence for 15 minutes per day. Meditation has been something that I have wanted to start doing for some time now.

I first need to figure out how to get 15 minutes without anyone around me... as soon as I can make that happen (and I will make that happen). I'll get right to it.

Try ear plugs

You can get ear plugs made of wax or other soft material  at most drug stores. You may want to start with meditation music and put on ear phones if the noise is keeping you from SYBD... and remember to Breathe... so2uWink
