Today's Adventure....

 

Having decided that I am on the adventure I choose, I am going to make it the best adventure ever!

 

SO today I am completing things I haven't completed and I am going to make a leap forward in EVERY area where there has been a stalemate.

 

I listened to a great teleseminar last night which really reminded me about investing in myself and following my heart.

 

Recently, I discovered that I have a great Burning Desire to share my message and I WANT TO BE a BEST SELLING AUthor so that my message of fun and wisdom in business can get out there and motivate and inspire a whole generation to change the way they think... I want to be a lighthouse that prevents business owners getting dashed on the rocks of failure and disappointment in their fledgeling and growing businesses...

 

So, if you are in business, and you would love to have one book, just the one mind, what would it have to contain? What would the message have to BE for you? To Grab YOU?

 

And if you had just one opportunity to give someone some advice about something YOU learned in Business, what would the message BE that you would want to give to EVERYONE you know.

 

The best stories will be included (and acknowledged) in my forthcoming book series (more about which later) as we are currently trade-marking the name and getting final written words completed.

 

If you would love to contribute to a world best seller (believe me when I say that - its already a BEstseller!!!  EVERYONE that I tell the title of the book to laughs out Loud and says THEY would buy it!)

 

I am priviledged and humbled to have the URGE to give back to the world after over 30 years of learning and growing and welcome the opportunity of helping you get your message out there too!

I feel your fire Ethan,

I have a photography business and the best advice I can give someone is to get out in the community and NETWORK!

I joined the Chamber of Comerce, but not just joined, I participated in every event I had time for. I met other members and pretty soon everyone knew my name. If they did not know my name, they knew I was a photographer. I also joined a small networking group. These are geared for business to network and give each other business. Only one proffesion is allowed in. I wa the only photographer and there was one lawyer and one realtor and one banker etc.

I had 27 people working for me. If they encountered anyone needinga photographer, they recommended me. We all carried a small amount of everyone's business cards to pass out when needed. This worked GREAT!

I also volunteered in the community....when I did that it not only made me feel good about giving back, but in turn people would recommend me when a photography situation came about.

My involment in the community is high and I am well known as a photographer.

Of course, having good people skills and not being shy, is a tremendous asset. I love people.

When other photographers come ot me and ask me 'WHAT IS IT THAT YOU HAVE THAT YOU ARE SO SUCCESSFUL?' I answer that I have a sense of community and networking has paid off. Allmy work is word of mouth and I am extremely busy. THANK GOD!

So, my tip to others?

Joy is out there - reach forward into it up to your armpits and grasp it with both hands, then pull it in to your face and inhale its aroma.  Smear it all over yourself, or jump in feet first.  It is a marvelous, wondrous, unbelievable world. Wallow in it.

 

Oh, and best business tip? If someone asks you how it's going, always answer, "Unbelievably!"

Could mean anything, and yet, it sounds so positive!

As a researcher and writer, I just have to know more...   so I googled you.  Wow!!!  Not only a positive attitude toward life, but positive results as well.

 

It's great to see that you spend your time not just helping yourself but helping others too.  Fantastic!  You've got nowhere to go but up, and it looks like you'll be dragging a lot of others with you to that office on High Street.

as I read your blog and judging from the responses you have had so far, you have hit a chord amongst us all.

 

I didn't know you were a famous person but my goals are similar to yours...finishing my incompletions and daring to dream and achieve higher than I currently think I can.
