a new place

I can't believe it's August already!  This summer has flown by!  It's been a tough 10 months, but it's been life changing and a tremendouts time of growth for me...painful as it has been.

I can barely keep track of all the changes in my life!  relationship changes, financial changes (paying off debt, thank God, and learning to handle money); job changes; lots of new decisions I have been making.  The fact that I've been learning how to make decisions without panicking over them is a miracle in and of itself!  I'm working on really trying to get-and stay- in shape...with flexibility, I mean.  I don't really have a weight problem (would like to lose about 7 lbs), but i do have an issue with stretching (don't do it enough), so I'm working on that.  Also, just lots of emotional healing--this is important to me right now.  I want to mature and become stable in this area--get rid of the codependency issues and have healthy, God-given relationships.  And i have soooo many dreams that i'm working towards fulfilling.  what's exciting is that i'm actually working tow'ds them with hope in my heart that they might actually be fulfilled!  that's an awesome and new thing for me!  Some days are great; others just good; some are tough (like today!); others easy; but hope is alive within me in all of these.  Gratitude is growing and I'm truly learning to be grateful for me...someone who I'd never liked much all my life...it can really happen....i can really come to like myself...i have hope...

Good to have you back

Sounds like a lot has happened since we last spoke.  Progress is sometimes hard but worth it.  You sound like you are in a good place now.  Congrats.
