Well what to say...

Im not the most comfortable speaking about myself at this point.  Im in a pretty emotionally sensitive point in my life and have some defenses up.

I usually just consider myself an average joe but really do know i am someone special.  I am very lively and have a smile and laugh that can either calm or excite people.  Im very proud of this ability.

I have recently been making many lifestyle changes and can now genuinely say i am active.  I enjoy the gym allot as well as rock-climbing which is my newest attraction.

I really like to be in social settings, a pint on a patio with some good friend on a hot day is one of my greatest pleasures.  I also like to entertain and usually my cooking does not cause a severe illness!

Although in a down point i would say i have a great sense of humor, mostly sarcastic, and a very quick wit.  I always seem to be laughing at something.

I am a good listener, always free to help a friend.  I am fiercely loyal, and very dependable.  Anything for anyone.

I dont feel like my life is really fulfilled and if i honestly ask myself am i a happy person or am i happy with myself... i dont  know.

I had invested allot into my last girlfriend and when that fell away i realize i may not be as defined or confident in myself as i thought.

What to say...

 My last 5 years have been very heavily dedicated to my job.  I previously worked in the field as specialized oil field service hand.  I traveled extensively throughout the US and Canada.  I now work for a very large multinational as a technical ad-visor for drilling tools.

Prior to this i lived in Vancouver for 5 years where i was going to school.  Met someone special and wound up moving back to Calgary.

I have a very close friend of mine who has been helping me through a break up that i have really been struggling with.  He recommended i have a look at this program and give it an honest try for 4 weeks to see what i feel about it.

Through dealing with my emotional turmoil with my last breakup i have been forced to make allot of personal growth and really begin to look at myself and my current life.  Simply dealing with my sadness and self doubt has grown into a really fine look at who i am and what i want.

I am at a point where i feel the beginning of some fantastic growth.  It is impacting my life in some very positive ways.  I do however still have allot of negative emotions im dealing with and am feeling a little lost in my development.

My future...

That is where i want to be looking.  I want to be able to say yes i am happy.

And i want that to show through in my daily actions and life.  I remember times or feelings where i know i was the light in a room, i had a real spark in me that showed through.  I want that back.

I have been really wanting another relationship but now know im not really ready and i need to focus on myself before i can do that.  I guess i was looking for a quick way to get past this tough time.

I have been removing some sources of unhappiness from my life, but they are physical things or people.  Im not the most emotionally wise person and i hope i can pull exactly what it is, some tools to life, from this program.
