Action

  I noticed when I smile at people they seem to smile back. I suppose it works the same with an angry face or a frown. If a person you smiled at was having a bad day and that smile warmed them a little, did you just change the world? Maybe that person goes home in a better mood and shares it with their family. The family then is lifted and life for them feels good, even for just a little while. If I had scowled at this person because I was in a bad mood, would the evening and even the next day be so much y different? Taking action can have an impact on others as well as yourself. I am not sure what I am really saying but it was on my mind.

It is the positive energy

I have experienced the same feelings about this.  One of the most negative guys at work saw me the other day, I was smiling and he said, you must be the happiest guy in this place.  He was smiling as he said it, and he smiled every time I saw him the rest of the day.  Not the typical look for him.

 

Positive attracts positive.

 

Negative attracts negative.

 

Kind of like the saying - - You reap what you sow
