I am 43 years old. My length is 158 cm. My weight is 115 kg. I am fat. I can not walk for a long distances. I tried to decrease about 10 kgs in one month by sport. But at the end of the sport month I had a disease in my bak, so I stop the sport at may 2007. since from that date my weight returned to the 115 kg. I want to decrease my weight to the optimum weight (may be 80 kg or less).

Thanks. my job is civil engineer as designer for houses, roads, ... etc., i.e. at office works. this is may be the major reason for weight increase.
