I'm back

I'm back from Africa, two weeks in Kenya & Uganda.  It was awesome and I thought about TOOLS alot, as I had only rare internet access and even then, no sound, so it wasn't until I got back that I could get to it again.  I was still doing the checklist and I had to use this one quite a bit:  "my attitude is my decision, and I choose to be positive."  I think it really helped make the trip a more positive experience, as there were times that my old way of thinking would have kept me miserable for days.  It's good to be back and able to keep going again.
