Feeling a bit down dudes.

I just got back from my vacation in the Dominican which was awesome. The only problem is I broke my ankle down there! This poses a problem for my gym routine. Last year I spent the winter on crutches with a torn knee, now this. Trying to keep positive but having a hard time. It is hard not to get down on myself when I can't leave the house or work. Any advice/support would be sweet. Later guys.

Sorry to hear

But why so down you were where... l cant even afford an ice auger to go fishing, yet you had a vacation... l know about the ankle stuff but stop looking at the negative and get to the gym if you want you still can get the rush of the work out it will just be a little slower getting to the different stations. Get well soon.

Peace

Thanks guys!

I'm feeling less sorry for myself today! Much love.
