I am back

I have been away for a week now and I have been feeling down and out. My life all of the sudden got very busy that I did not take care of myself at all. My daughters (all three) are in softball and they started games. I have been averaging 9 games in a week. So I am not use to being a single mom yet»

Another Weigh in

Ok since I have not been on forever (see previous blog) I have had another weigh in. I lost 2.4 pounds last week. That brings my total for 3 weeks to 16.2 pounds. I am really happy with my progress. I am enjoying life a lot more. My clothes are getting bigger and I am more active. I am not as tired.»
