Another Weigh in

 Ok since I have not been on forever (see previous blog) I have had another weigh in. I lost 2.4 pounds last week. That brings my total for 3 weeks to 16.2 pounds. I am really happy with my progress. I am enjoying life a lot more. My clothes are getting bigger and I am more active. I am not as tired. This is wonderful. I keep moving forward and I know that I will keep shedding those pounds. Until next weigh in....Keep on moving.
