this has been an incredible tool to help me focus

 Yes it's true as many areas as it touches on and as many things on the checklist there are - it has helped me to focus on the one thing i want -To change my life!!   It's been someowhat time consuming for me - as i have to see into every nook and crasnny when i come up one something new - AND when i stumbled upone this and elieved it to ba ananswer to my prayers from  my creatoer - wlel i felt that i need to be thorough - go as deep as i can and open to whatever dcomes up - so some day s- liek the lies i tell my self and some others I spent many hours after the assignment crying and digging and being real and honest with myself - and though it's been hard and all - i do beleive that this is the ultimate tool to keep me focuse on the biggest goal i've had for the past number of years - and it's the longest i've been able to keep this focus and helped me to forge the most change - , so if anyone out there is doubting the program or it's worth - wlell i gotta tell you - don't - just keep going - keep showing up - keep taking the baby steps - and don't quit before the miracle - i'm finding the miracle in my life and i truly beleive that every other human has that same potential and this is an awesome way to attain said potential.  thanx for the creators and maintainers of this site and all the members.
