It has been 5 days since I had a cigarette, cold turkey. And not a sip of alcohol at the same time. BOOM!!!

It's tough man. It's painful. I went through it so many times. Thankfully I've finally escaped. It takes time, but it feels so worth it. I never want to get caught in that vicious circle again. It was so hard to break free. Eat chocolate or something to treat your self, try to make it as easy as possible - do relaxing things - void seeing or being with smokers for awhile. Also I couldn't have done it with out support from my friends. When I gave in then they held in there for me. Not allowing me fail. I was so thankful the next day. Keep the chin up and the head down - keep your mind busy doing anything
