I am happily married with no children as of yet.  I have recently been finding myself getting angrier and angrier at things.  Not violent by any means, I am not a violent person, just angry and stressed out all of the time. I have been a quiet person my whole life, never standing up for myself or others and I am just tired of being like that, my BS-ometer triggers very easily these days. Little things will set me into an angry funk, things that really dont matter.  I dont want to be like this anymore.  I heard about Tools to Life by listening to Jason Ellis awhile back so I figured I would give it a shot. I work alone as I am a self employed artist and I am sure this has something to do with my shorter fuse.  I recently started running as a way to vent anger and frustration but I still end up bringing it home to my wife.

Been with my wife for 11 years now.  My mother was a hard working single parent and my father was around but I only got to see him on every other weekend.  My father was a good enough man but he was still an alpha male type, he could get pretty aggressive from time to time, he never actually beat me up or anything but he would use a paddle on my brother and I occasionally and say some pretty hurtful things.  Had the typical relationship with my older brother, we didnt get along then but we do now. 

I want to stop being so angry!!  My wife really really really wants children, it is her lifelong dream!! I want my business to be more successful.  I just all in all want to be a better man for myself and my loved ones.
