Twisted Ankle - Take action!

So, I realle messed up my ankle.

Really.

36 years of soccer and hardly anything ever happened to me. A couple of months of trying basketball and already a damaged pinky finger and now the ligaments on my ankle are really hurt (you should see the size and the colors I am sporting on my left foot).

Went to the Walk in Clinic (after two days). X-rays. No broken bones. But a week later, thios nagging sensation that maybe the gentleman who attended my did not really know what he was doing.

So, what is my milestone? I actually decided to go for a second opinion. See, usually I just sit here and take it. And hope things will go away. But this time, I TOOK ACTION.

Now I have a physiotherapy place recommended by my doctor, and a model of an excellent ankle brace if I ever decide to play that sport again (but I am considering whether all this things happened for a reason - is someone above there trying to tell me something about me and basketball or is it one of those things I need to conquer despite everything?).

In any case, I am very happy for having taken action and getting that issue to move along.

Thanks for reading and make sure you have a wonderful day!

Sebastian
