Can anyone recommend a easy to use desktop to do  list that would keep the TTL list easily accessible?

 I wanted to motivate myself and have a place to be accountable to.
You are offered your dream job. What job is it?:
 I'm a writer, so I'm doing my dream job. Of course I'd like to write the next Harry Potter, but I'm very happy doing what I do.
My favorite wild animal is:
 Bluebirds
Why (describe as much as possible):
 I love the color, their sense of family and community, their beauty and hardiness.
My favorite domestic animal is (if you choose dog be specific with breed etc):
 Hard to decide between breeds of dogs, or of course horses. I love my Jack Russell Terriers. I love German Shorthair Pointers and Dobermans. I'd love to rescue a Greyhound.
Why:
 I like sleek coated dogs. I like high energy dogs. I think I'd get bored with a low key dog.
A famous Chef will prepare anything you want. What do you order:
 Desserts that don't include chocolate.
Why:
 I love meringues, creme caramel, Crème brûlée, sweet things that are crispy on the outside and creamy on the inside.
Five people either dead or alive you would have at your fantasy dinner party::
 I have to share the dessert? If I must: Linda Tellington Jones, Richard Dawkins, Margaret Atwood, Queen Elizabeth, my mom
