Getting back on track

I've been lazy in doing tools for a couple of months now.  I log on once in a while and complete the tools but I'm really not consistent and now I see the effects of this.  I know this works yet I don't do it.  Now I need to figure out what to do.  I never did embrace the goal setting very much and now I'm on day 70 without much traction.  Should I go back to the beginning of goal setting and continue the program from there or start where I am.  I'm afraid by day 90 I won't have the habits formed that I need to because of my lack of consistency.

Deep down

you probably know what would be best for you. I don't think it could hurt to repeat previous lessons and days. Do what you think will benefit you the most. I know it's taking a step back sort of, but think about the end result. :-)
