Despite some rough days my change in attitude is starting to take hold

I've had some ups and downs the last week or so. I found out I'll be getting laid off my job.  In all of this I found that even though I've missed tools or at least not done all of the tools I should I find myself getting back to them because I can feel the difference the tools are making in my life.  It's great to know that changes are taking hold and while I may have ups and downs I can be comforted in the fact that my attitude is changing.

I encourage anyone who is struggling to keep it up.  YOu can to it.  This is great.

Dude

Keep it up.  Tools is awesome and it is one thing I look forward to doing every day.  I do this first thing in the morning and you are right about how it will change your attitude and if you do it in the morning it does set a better attitude for the day.

Hi funklounge. It's great that you are doing Tools and can feel the changes in your life. It's true for me too. I can hardly believe what a difference Tools has made in my life in only a few months. So keep it up, knowing that you can handle whatever life brings.

Good job!
