Remembering the morning tools routine

So I am in my 2nd of Tools To Life and I've been doing pretty good about the tools that come after I've gotten up and out the door.  I've done ok with the alarm thing but I'm not really doing the splash water on my face, smile, say the day is mine and say hello to my inner self.

Could someone give me some tips on how to better manage the morning tools?  Part of it is that I get up earlier than my wife so I don't want to wake her up by talking to myself.  :)

Doing the out loud routine in the morning, smiling at yourself, talking to yourself in the mirror has magical influences on you for the entire day.  It was tough to get into the habit of doing it, feeling stupid, wondering what my husband, or staying guests inlcuding daughters, even, might think.  Now I don't care at all.  There's something funny and intersting to talk about to anyone who has a puzzled look on their face or questions you.  Magical for the day because it sets the tone for your outlook, you are cheerier than anyone else and can fend off any negativity thrown your way.  It works.

Yes, that would not be good.  My wife and kids are 2 hours off from my work schedule.  Have you tried doing the talk stuff outside?

I see that you are on your 2nd round.  Did you start another account or use the same one.
