I have not been using the goal tracker and I'm confused

 I somehow missed how we're supposed to use the goal tracker.  I have not been using it and I'm feeling overwhelmed because I can't find where Coach talked about the daily goal tracking list.  Can someone help me here?  I feel like I'm losing ground.

Thank you for your help.  I'm still a little confused about step 7 and onward.  It says Step 7: The goal and then proceed to next week.  It then has enter goals?  What goals are these? I don't quite get what to put here.  I learn by example and I have not been able to find out how the remaining steps work.

Yes - I see you are on Day 49 so you will need to back track a bit.....don't worry, you'll catch up and it will make sense! (and it will be worth the time and effort)

 

Start with Day 31 (because the work from this day forward all builds towards using the tool)....and the other early "30" days.  The actual goal tracker tool is introduced on Day 34.

 

It's a great process.....I'm sure if you go back and review, you will seee how it all comes together.
