I passed up a Krispy Kreme today!

 

Talk about having to stay strong every where you go with work being no exception.  Someone was walking around giving away free Krispy Kreme Doughnuts today.  Wow what a temptation.  At first I said ya, I'll have one but then I checked my inner voice and I new I shouldn't so I said I couldn't because I'm trying to eat right.

 

I'm amazed at how eazy it was.  Slowly but surely this tools thing works.
