Hi Furat, the trick to a flat stomach is 90% nutrition. It is not a tasty habit to adopt but it is very healthy and you will lose weight. Changing your lifestyle can take time, but it will pay off.
For example. For breakfast, I have Wholewheat cereal with 0% milk.
I also buy Rolled Oats, 30 seconds in the microwave and its ready to eat, wash it down with a glass of 0% milk.

Try eating 6 small meals a day.
Sounds like a lot, but you will have to stop eating until you are full, instead eat until you are not hungry anymore.
Eat lean cuts of meat such as chicken and turkey. The best meat for you is Salmon. It is loaded with protein and extremly low in fat! I don't even like sea food and I still eat it.
Vegetables are also a very good filler! And don't forget about fruit. They are a great way to kick off the day! Maybe after your breakfast have an apple or 2. Couple slices of Pinapple ect...
