180 Degrees

Today I hit the snooze button. I slept in and dreamed of fears and terrible scenarios. I arrived to work late. So needless to say my day started off on the wrong foot. These are the days where I usually give up and do awful things for myself like eat junk food, watch lots of television and put myself down for a variety of actions that I am NOT doing.

However, today ended up being one of the best days. Nothing special happened to turn my attitude around, I just chose to and worked hard to keep myself in a positive direction. I focused on work without procrastinating. I made a healthy dinner. I started reading a book I bought over a year ago AND didn't fall asleep! I used to. Then I enjoyed watching Canada win another gold medal. I really don't care about figure skating, but they were amazing. On top of that, I kept going on tools.

I'm proud of myself. I feel strong, beautiful and powerful! Today was an ordinary day, and it was great!

True test today :)

Love,

says: Great job!!!  Good for you!  Way to turn it around.

says: NIce work....overcoming the procrastination is the toughest for me, but once I just decide to take action then I realize that the task was way easier and more enjoyable then I thought it would be.  Taking that positive action has been the key for me so keep it up!
