Down 9 pounds

 I was very excited today...as I have lost 9 pounds since begining TOOLS, and it doesn't even seem like I have been trying that hard. Funny how losing or gaining control in other parts of your life can affect some thing like your weight.....I'M PUMPED!....come on day 29!!! »
