Goodbye guilt!

I have been focusing on not blaming everything on myself, not making excusesing for everything, and not feeling guilty for every little thing. I am so suprised and proud of the amount of it that I have been able to let go. I feel more confident and so much more happy. Only one week of tools and I feel like a brand new person.

That is so wonderful that you have been able to say goodbuy to guilt. all of us on this planet have done and said things that we regret and leave us with a feeling of self disgust and low self esteem. To face ourselves and be able to let go of the blame and guilt is the greatest act of love we can give ourselves and we cannot Love others or forgive others if we have been unable to do it for ourselves first. It doesn't surprise me that you are now feeling so much more confident and so much more happiness. We must never let the past hijack our future. Here's wishing you a very bright and happy future. Well Done.
