Glenn's Life List:
1. Practice celibacy because it gives me maximum energy and helps me feel the best about myself 2. Go to bed by 8 PM so I can rise by 2 AM because it helps me to complete my meditation early, and leaves me time for other things 3. Do yoga exercises every morning because then I wont feel so stiff and sore, and more energized 4. Read everyday for at least 3 hours because I have collected so many books that I want to read, that take me to the spiritual world, and help me to improve myself
5. Earn money steadily at something I enjoy and save it so I can buy a cabin or small house to live in
6. Organize a curriculum, and start teaching ayurvedic vegetarian cooking classes, kirtan classes, and classes on spiritual growth 7. Recaord a series of CDs, beginning with the Morning and Evening Sadhana program

PIcking up the Tools

I never thought I would put Tools on the back burner, but I did for several months, and i am not any richer or better for it. It feels great to start back again and I feel humbled from allowing myself to slack off to see how much I need to do this program to improve !

I saw my younger son while I am visiting him at his school here in Vrndavana India. I could be doing more, abut I need to take better care of me so that I can care for others more. I went back to Day 15 to see about the Greatful Listthat I stopped making months ago, and the Sucess Affirmations that I need to regualrly review. There is still lots of hope !

This is a pic of the Radha Madana Mohan temple , here is Sri Vrndavana, the most holy of all places in India where I am currently so fortunate to be visiting

Welcome Back

I am glad that you returned to the Tools of Life. In the fast paced life we lead we sometimes lose track of ourselves then we get of track.

Now you are back and working tools so that you can be all you can be.

God bless you.

How to get back on track with our different LISTS ?

What are we supposed to be doing everyday > Are we supposed to be writing down on complaintwe have every day, one excuse, on thing we are greatful for ?  Where do the positive affirmations come from ? I havent done this program for a few months so I need some guidance to get back on track, please !
