I Suffer From
1. Practice celibacy because it gives me maximum energy and helps me feel the best about myself 2. Go to bed by 8 PM so I can rise by 2 AM because it helps me to complete my meditation early, and leaves me time for other things 3. Do yoga exercises every morning because then I wont feel so stiff and sore, and more energized 4. Read everyday for at least 3 hours because I have collected so many books that I want to read, that take me to the spiritual world, and help me to improve myself
5. Earn money steadily at something I enjoy and save it so I can buy a cabin or small house to live in
6. Organize a curriculum, and start teaching ayurvedic vegetarian cooking classes, kirtan classes, and classes on spiritual growth 7. Recaord a series of CDs, beginning with the Morning and Evening Sadhana program

says: Both are action based. A milestone is an achievement based on a goal. Example: Your goal is to eat healthy, a milestone can be that you were able to eat healthy in one week straight. The example they gave was with Tools. Finishing one week of tools is a milestone. Lets say you want to learn how to cook. Learning one dish can be a milestone. A breakthrough is an achievement based on surpassing an obstacle, or something that's holding you back from doing a goal, or something holding you back from being better in life, thus the term "break-through".. its like breaking through a wall. Example: You want to study fine arts, but your parents tell you to take up law or medicine and you feel bad about it. Instead of keeping your head down pursuing something you didnt like - and that this is your usual reaction when things like this happens, you get the courage to talk with your parents and responsibly explain why you want to take up that course instead of what they want. Me for example, when I feel something uncomfortable with my body, I don't go to the doctor because of fear that they may find something wrong with me. That's an obstacle. Clearly finding out can help prevent any sickness or treat a sickness at an early age, but the fear thats stopping me is preventing me from being better. If one day I choose to go to the doctor, then that's a breakthrough. I hope that helped ;D
