Day 27 Wow!!!

Back from the brink!!!  Between Tools and the friends I have gained, it is almost impossible to get down.  I can't thank Coach and all of you enough!

I really do grow daily.  The daily reading and exercises really help me.  I started a Word doc with all of my favorite lines and quotes that I have read in Tools.  I print it out and keep a copy around the house or in my car and give it a read when a negative thought lurks in the background.

If you really do the reading and exercises and incorporate them into you days...and nights, you will change for the better.  I feel like I have matured more in the last month than I have in the last 5 years.  It is very humbling to realize that.

I really am stoked that I am about to complete my first MONTH of Tools.  This is a big deal to me.

Also, I am continuing a no alcohol challenge that I started 45 days ago.  It is the third challenge in a continuing series.  If you are interested, go to my profile and join the challenge.  We have had a lot of the same people in there and it is a fun, positive environment.  Below is the text I put in the challenge.  Take a read and if it is right for you...then hop aboard.

Anyway, I really appreciate everyone involved with Tools, it is changing my life.

"30 Days Dry...Conceiving, Believing and Achieving!"

Hello Everyone,

This is part three in what I hope will have many parts.

Quick background: We started with a two week, no alcohol challenge.  It went really well.  The next challenge was for 30 days with no alcohol and it went very well too.

Some of us slipped a little but our slip-ups were a fraction of what we would have done in the past.

This was in part to the participants actively posting with honesty about their slips and being personably accountable.

Additionally, the other challengers were there to pick one another up and get each other back on track.

That is why we have decided to go another 30 days free of alcohol.  Please feel free to join this challenge and actively post, check in daily and most of all, be honest with yourself and the other challengers.  No judgers here!!!

You can do this...only good will come from it...you know that...I know that.

So with that said, LET"S DO IT!

Best regards,

GoManGo!

Woooww!

Congrats! I've never had such an addiction LOL, but i can imagine how hard it is to qiot, seeing that my father never gives up on smoking! Great work! Keep it up! A VERY big CONGRATS!

You're a winner! You're a winner!

Thank-you!

Hay, did you know that your words in Tools to life have absolutely helped me quit the pot?  Not only that, the times of wanting were doused easily with those phrases like "it's not worth it", there were no words in the course as powerful as your positivity and helpful personal words.  You rock man, and if I could slay your alcohol beast for ya I would put my life up for it... you have probably saved my canine (my best friend and life) from having to sit in some shit ass truck all day as I have to do some gey as hell job and instead she can still quad around and ride around all day with me.  Thank-you, and i'm gonna keep saying it!!
