Day to Day changes

 I had a really rough day yesterday trying to come to terms with some relationships that I had ruined with my temper. These things have been eating away at me and seem to pop up at the most unexpected times. I would say yesterday was a really, really bad day but tools really helped and I was able to turn my day around. Today feels better and I am learning to accept the things I cannot change and learn how to create lasting, positive friendships in the future that I will not ruin with my angry outbursts because I am not going to have them anymore. I am going to focus on the positive side of life and look at my opportunities. I really like how devlyn said sometimes the only opportunity you have is to exercise self control in the day 3 reading. That really hit home for me because that is a major area of improvement for me. It is something that has and will stay with me.
