THE BIG BUMP

The amazing thing about TOOLS is it's as if Coach Steele is reading my mind.  I started the program back in June, was excited, enthusiastic, didn't miss a day until I went out of town.  Then slowly I stopped doing the checklist, wasn't logging in, when I did log in I wasn't completely reading the chapters.  Anyway, I decided to start over from day 1.  THe second time around I didn't feel the same enthusiasm. I was logging in, but once again, rushing thru  the chapters and exercises.  Some days I really tried to follow the checklist, but honestly I've given that a lackluster effort.  Then today, WOW! I came across the Big bump chapter.  That's what happened.  I've been my own worst enemy.  The analogy about the old shoes and not wearing the new ones because they have to be broken in-- fits me to a "T".  I'm so grateful to have come to this chapter and to be in a place where I can really absorb the information and get back on track.

We've all had those moments and times you described above, but do the course at your own pace, take a brealk every so often to absorb everytjhing before moving on.
