I think people can change.

If it's for love, happiness or a better life.

Why is anyone using Tools... to change... maybe not completely but to change something about their life. My problems.... are only an opportunity.

An opportunity to have better relationships that I have ever had before.

Remember to start with the relationship that matters the most - you!

I agree people can change...when they are ready to, and when they decide to.  But the most important decision is to be true to yourself - if you want to have better relationships than every before, then take care of making sure you are addressing your real needs - then your partner wont have to and you can focus on the partnership.

I see from your last to do line that you are already on track.

Welcome to TFL Hal.

Welcome to Tools!

To facilitate change one needs just the desire to do so. Willingness is just a first step, but a big one! Now get to work! :)
