great energy

I have completed the first week of tools! I am not in full swing, I have to read my checklist more often - accept my inner voice. But I find my days are better. I'm not stressed over just having to go to a job that I don't like. But really, this is not forever. And I can change my life, my career to whatever I want it to be! Totally liberated. I am growing to love myself I can feel it. I need to stop trying to change others, just focus on me.

So thankful to be alive and well.

peace&love
