BOOST TO BOOSTSending you your first big BOOST! I have just read your reason for joining tools in 20 questions, and I too struggled with the actioning of the advice given in self help books. (Mainly because i would read it all and put it down and not take the advice). This program helped only being able to read small chunks daily, but the real answer was actually choosing to take the advice, and really doing the work. So keep up on the good work and have fun learning all about yourself X
