Getting up early in the Morning

 

I was a late sleeper and late for getting out of bed. My normal time would be sleeping at 12-2 am in morning and getting up at 8-9:30 am. This process was really not good. I decided if I want to change my life then I need to get up early in morning.

 

Getting up early in morning has lot of advantages.

1. Environment will be silent since everybody else will be sleeping.

2. You will get more time to spend with yourself learning new skills and doing stuffs for the day.

3. Can do meditation or exercises for health.

4. You can have good affirmations and this will definitely going to affect you more in morning as your mind is more relaxed.

 

Seeing this advantages I decided to getup early in morning. This decision and practice was happing for couple of months before I really was able to get up at morning 5:30.

 

I read couple of articles in the internet which says about techniques to get up. One I read was this one. This really helped me. This website has couple of links which gives other articles for getting up in morning.

Also in addition to this I read other articles and tried to practise the philosphy and infact it worked.

 

Now my daily schedule is

 

Sleeping sharp at 11 PM and getting up at 5:30 Am. I still have to fight with myself sometimes to get up but its worth, given all these benefits.

 

Now I'm having lot of time to do stuffs for my improvement. In fact I'm doing TOOLS in the morning after doing the exercise.

 

Its definitely is worth it..
