Day 26

Somehow for past 4 days I was not doing the things which I was supposed to do. I procrastinated a lot. I was lazy to complete TOOLS and got up late in the morning and didn't do the exercise. I'm not sure why this happened. Feeling guilty now for not doing the things properly. I don't know how to get rid of this situations. Today I'm little bit recovering and completed my day 26. But still wondering what kept me from completing the day 26 about 4 days back and how to cope up with sitations like this. How to motivate myself to do what I am supposed to do and not what I like to do.

me too

I have the same challenge!

Don't be so hard on yourself.  Everything does not have to be done perfectly.  Sometimes, other things will attract your attention and you will miss a day or two.  It's just part of being human.  The fact that you keep coming back is a major triumph and you deserve credit for that.

Let's celebrate that you came back and did Day 26!  See you on Day 27 :-)

Ahhh, the similarities

I have also had some difficulties. I honestly believe that as we threaten our old indentity and beliefs we held to be true about ourselves that subconsciously we sabotage ourselves.

Getting back however is surely a sign that in the end you will consistantly be doing and reinforcing the Tools.

I am on your team, and I encourage you on!!

And you should only feel the guilt one time, do not go back to that feeling, or identify it as a false feeling. I would say not to label yourself as a procrastinator, just because you procratinated.

I know it sounds funny, but the subtle difference is also the truth. And we become what we think, Think this
I AM POWERFULL

I believe you are!!!

You're not alone You're not alone
