Day 30

For past 3 days I was trying to complete the day 30, but was not able to do because of lot of issues keep on coming and also I was procrastinating. But learned that If I wanted to change my life I need to do this stuff until it becomes like routine.

Now the target has become for 90 days as the TOOS program is suggesting.

I've put lot of goals to attain during this time. But not sure whether I'll be able to do it. It seems to pretty much difficult task which I choose but still I want to do it. Lets see how it goes.

Goals

Hooray! Day 31! Remember, small daily active steps. If you notice you are procrastinating and you have written down lots of goals, it might be time to reevaluate. Maybe reduce the number of goals and focus on activities that will draw you nearer to your desired habit.  Biting off more than you can chew may lead to feelings of failure. I suggest paring down so you can be sure to take steps towards success. Which 3 goals do you really want to work on? Have a good day!

Commitment

Ah, my friend you surely cannot lose if you do not quit and keep working towards your goals.

So, a setback is a setback only if you let it set you back. If it were too easy then it wouldn't worth it as much in the end!

Go for it, and receive the benefits you are working for!!!Smile
