Hooray! Day 31! Remember, small daily active steps. If you notice you are procrastinating and you have written down lots of goals, it might be time to reevaluate. Maybe reduce the number of goals and focus on activities that will draw you nearer to your desired habit. Biting off more than you can chew may lead to feelings of failure.
