The End is the Beginning

Well, I finished day 90 of tools. It feels nice to finish something I started. I feel good about what I have accomplished over the last few months, and am excited to continue on my journey, with a full toolbox on hand.

The biggest change that I have noticed in myself is how I react to situations. I used to react in anger, or sadness very abruptly. I was always stressed out a bout money and felt alot of guilt when I had to ask for help. I haven't done that now in quite a while and it feels great. My boyfriend and I communicate with one another on a deeper, more open manner (he also did tools), and I feel that we have grown closer than ever. Even if that was the only thing I ever got out of doing tools I would be happy. But there has been so much more.

It is not the end. I have so much more I want to do, and accomplish. But every new day I start out optimistic and impowered.  When things start to get hectic, I gently remind myself that my attitude is my decision and I catch myself before I stress out. This program has helped me so much, and I am so thankful that this resource was out there for me. It honestly has changed my life for the better.
