I joined TOOLS because:
 I went through many stressful events last three years which made me depressed,sad and angry. I was stuck in self pity for a while and i lost self control. Few months ago i took a decision to regain myself and my life. I tried to do it alone, read self help books and did some of their recommendations but i had very little success.Then i knew that i need some help, and i found Tools.

 a sunset on a local beach in Libya called "Gharabooly Beach",I have been all over the Mediterranean: Italy,Spain,Cyprus,Greece,Tunisia and Egypt. This beach is the best.
