schedules

When I am off schedule or regular routines I have a hard time getting back. I have for the last two hours argured with myself to go for a walk. I am tired after being away for the weekend but I know the walk will refresh me for the evening. Mondays is my painting night and I just may fall asleep into the paints. Why cant I just go with the flow and slide back into everyday routines.

Just take a deep breath...

When you feel blocked like that, when you're arguing with yourself, just stop and take a deep breath.  Be silent, not moving physically and silent in your mind.  This may not work at first.  With practice, you'll be able to move yourself into a place where it's okay to go with the flow and see where it takes you.  One small warning: the flow may or may not slide you back into everyday routines.  That's also okay.

(By the way, the picture is lovely.)
