My first milestone entry

 I just finished week one completely and thourghly. I paid attention to each lesson and did all the exercises. I found an opportunity when I could have seen a problem. I feel good about this past week. I woke before the alarm most mornings and followed the checklist and completed it each day. I am saying positive things about myself and the negetive is getting further from my thought. I am a great person and I like being me. I make a good friend and would love to be yours. Debbie
