BOOST TO BOOSTI saw you love deer. There are three who graze right behind the fence where I work. The kids love getting to see these deer during their outdoor play time.

BOOST TO BOOSTToday I saw three deer when I was driving to work.I like to believe if I see something wild that is alive as opposed to dead on the road it is a going to be a good day. I actually stopped and took time to admire them. Had time I was running early.

BOOST TO BOOSTstarted the optimal health program for 10 days trying to lose 15 lbs. Had it beat and then put back on 40 lbs. My inner voice has been shouting and I have been turning my back to it.
