BOOST TO BOOSTHey Joe! Here's a kick in the butt for you. I just reached day 90, and it was well worth the effort. So get to work, and if I decide to do it again, I don't want to lap you. I hope everything is working out for you, take it easy.

BOOST TO BOOSTThought I'd check in and see how you're doing. Here is a push if you need one or a high five if you don't. Either way, keep it up Joe.

says: We seem to have a lot in common, I'm 31 but haven't kicked the weed habit totally yet, but I'm not an abuser. Anyway, I work out about 5 times a week and have a plethora of different activities involving strength training and cardio. Depends on what you want to do and what type of shape your in, but if you want any help just let me know. As far a gym, it's a bag of mixed results. People who religiously go to the gym can be strong or "in shape" but they may not be healthy, (Think, roided out dude with jinormous upper body and little legs, or sickly looking woman who is way too thin) There is a huge difference between being healthy just being fit. I would say the number one area you should focus on beginning to get in shape is your core, and YOGA can be done ANYWHERE, even at home.
