stepped on the scale and got a surprise!

I have been going to the gym consistently over the last 3-4 weeks and eating well. i knew that from my hard work that i would start getting into better shape and losing weight. I got on the scale sometime last week to get a feel for where i was at. I realized that i was heavier then i originally thought. I did not get discouraged. this gave me motivation to work harder and smarter. since then i have been visualizing myself stronger, with more muscle definition, and weighting less. i believed in myself. today when i got on the scale my mind and body rewarded me with more weight loss then i then previous weeks. since i started to use my brain, i believe my body and mind are working toghether to acheive better results! weight i am working harder (without knowing it) or my body is releaing more fat, or making more muscle i am getting faster, better results.

Now that i have unlocked this tool i dont think there is any limit on what can be achieved. i look forward to living a healthy lifestyle and being in great shape with a toned defined body! i have started to apply these techniques to other parts on my life and starting to get results as well.

I can't wait to see my i can make happen!

life is great and i feel great! keep up the good work everyone!
