Scubs is hilarious. I'll be sad to see it go. I like "Journeyman", "How I met your mother", "Pushing Daisies", and "Dirty, Sexy, Money".
Heroes:
I don't knoe if I believe in the "John Wayne type", larger-than-life hero. I've met some people in my life that I thought were pretty heroic. Ordinary people, mounting up against extrodinary odds, not just once in some Hollywood type movie climax; but every single day of their lives. They're not doing it to "get the girl", "save the day", or be a hero. For them, it's just the struggles of everyday living. For us it would probably be more than we would care to hold up under.
