 Have you ever discussed something with someone and you said to the person, “Don’t you get it?”  The truth is  they don’t get it. Their old patterns of thinking are too ingrained. They have developed a strong belief system in a way of thinking such that the brain patterns don’t accept new information and only grab bits and pieces that fit within the pre-existing patterns of thought.  And no, hitting them in the head with a large blunt object will not make them understand, even though it can be quite tempting!

I have dealt with a lot of close minded people in my day, this is just the laugh I needed.

Glad the program stays fun with a sense of humour ...
