Week 4

 Week 4 I can't believe  I got here I have never stuck with something for 4 weeks well not something like tools. I still have to work on the checklist and I now know I have to slow down and start putting more effort in. The big bump just about shut things down but here I am week 4 and looking forward to week 5. Its a wonder to behold just the changes in Karens and mine relationship now I just have start on the othre parts.
